This remote eight-hour course includes highly relevant industry and project specific information for managing your construction contract. This course has been designed to address common issues and provide processes for Assistant Construction Managers, Office Engineers, Project Engineers, Field Engineers and Purchasing Agents interested in advancing to the Contracts Manager position. Course topics include: 

• Contract basics and outlining the contract
• Critical contract clauses for the constructor
• Subcontracts
• Change Orders
• Critical Project Documentation

Learners who complete the training will be awarded 1 IACET Continuing Education Credits (CEU) through Texas A&M University’s Continuing and Professional Education. The course will be $875.
